ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This groundbreaking new program introduces the inner arts of leadership through deep reflection on the sources of creativity combined with exploration of the visual arts in Santa Fe. Participants will have access to important works of art, as well as unique interviews with local artists to learn how they stay connected to creativity. The workshop will use dialogue, sitting and walking meditation, journaling, and reflection to achieve a new understanding of the sources of creative and visionary impulses. This immersion into the "art" of leadership will offer a respite from the busy mind and create an inner spaciousness for ongoing personal development.

Barbara Braham is a Master Certified Coach who has been coaching leaders in Fortune 500 companies, associations and government for over a decade. She has practiced vipassana meditation since 1994 and is the author of 11 books. Enrollment for this workshop is limited to 12. Cost: $420 plus lodging.

 The Upaya campus includes traditional adobe buildings, kiva fireplaces, shared bathrooms, and accommodations with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. Meals are delicious organic cuisine. You are welcome to extend your stay at Upaya before or after the program.
